Production Worker

West Chester, OH  Pay Rate: $23.66/hr.

- $0.75 shift differential for 3rd  

Shift: 3rd (10:45pm-7am)

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, as the Packer/Production Worker/Laborer,  you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations.  Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.
** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
* Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
* Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products
* Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs
* Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
* Assists other departments as needed
