Job Title: CNC Machinist

Hours: Day shift/FLEXIBLE

Pay: $25/hour plus weekly bonus incentives and more

Or client an OEM Manufacturer of Industrial Clutches and Brakes, located in Cleveland (Westlake), Ohio has full and part time positions open for CNC and Conventional Machinists (full time, day shift). This is a tremendous opportunity for career and income growth for qualified candidates.

Our client has a very clean and organized shop where you will work on late model Mazak turning and Haas milling machines. In addition to our late model CNC's, we have (4) brand new Mazak Integrex machines equipped with (4) Fanuc Robots powered by Agile Robotic software with a simple user interface. Many of our clients' employees enjoy 10+ years of experience and have advanced in the organization to supervisory or management level positions.

Turning: Mazak Integrex, and late model Mazak CNC Machines

Milling: Haas VF-3, VF-5, VF-6, EC-1600 CNC Milling Machines

Set-up, tool change, offsets and operation of Mazak and Haas CNC turning and milling machines. Mazatrol, G and M coding / programming is required.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of CNC programming and set-up experience
• Understanding of tool offsets
• Program editing of machines, change fixtures and tooling, read blueprints, inspect parts
• Ability to perform routine maintenance to support uptime in your work area
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work 40 +5 Hrs. overtime per week (If FULL-TIME)
