Compensation and Benefits for the Unit Assembler

• Assemble, calibrate, and test precision for units for machine tools .
• C lean and inspect parts prior to assembly .
• Set preloads on various types of bearings using precision equipment
• Inspect and measure all parts needed for the unit to be assembled .
• Assemble units taking many measurements with equipment
• Attach subassembly parts to prepare unit for testing Test operate unit
• Conduct precision measurements using various precision gauges
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of the Unit Assembler
• 1st shift 6 am- 2 :30pm M-F + Saturdays
• Must pass a 10 panel drug test
• Must be self-driven
• Must have reliable transportation
