We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, leading people through change, and keeping operations moving forward when priorities shift. You will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, and delivery while building a flexible, high‑performing team.

If you are a strong leader who can adapt quickly, think on your feet, and bring out the best in your team, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading Daily Operations

  • Execute production schedules while managing frequent changeovers and shifting priorities
  • Balance labor, materials, and equipment to meet delivery commitments
  • Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize disruption
  • Partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Building and Leading a Strong Team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross‑trained, flexible workforce
  • Assign work based on skill sets and evolving production needs
  • Train employees on multiple roles, processes, and quality standards
  • Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and accountability
  • Create an environment that promotes engagement, ownership, and teamwork
Driving Safety and Quality
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  • Address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
  • Ensure adherence to standard work, control plans, and quality requirements
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to defects or rework
  • Partner with Quality on audits, customer concerns, and continuous improvement
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts, including 5S, standard work, and waste reduction
  • Facilitate daily startup meetings and accountability discussions
  • Use metrics such as SQDC, OEE, and schedule adherence to drive performance
  • Participate in and support kaizen events and process improvements
  • Encourage team input and ideas to improve operations
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in a custom or high‑mix manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting processes
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
  • Experience supporting frequent changeovers and flexible workforce models
  • Familiarity with quality systems and root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone, A3)
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Manufacturing floor setting with equipment, noise, and moving materials
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, and mobility throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Flexibility for overtime or schedule adjustments based on business needs
Why This Role Matters

This position is critical to our success. You are the connection between leadership strategy and daily execution on the floor. Your ability to lead people, adapt to change, and drive results will directly impact safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
