* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

** You will play a key role in ensuring that our CNC machines operate efficiently and accurately by setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to fabricate parts. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and editing programs for CNC machines.
* Applying knowledge of machine setup and CNC programming.
* Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize cost and programming.
* Reviewing and interpreting fabrication and shop drawings.
* Running test setups on CNC machines and adjusting for correct dimensions.
* Selecting speeds, feeds, and tooling for various operations.
* Assisting with training and providing hands-on instruction for new and current employees.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing operations.

** WHEN YOU COULD WORK:**
* ** 10 Hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday**

* WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

*** Associate degree or two-year technical/community college certificate
** OR
* * three years of relevant experience in machine and tool building.
* Minimum of three years of experience with shop drawing and fabrication drawing.
* Experience managing and editing CNC programming, preferably with Mecal CNC machines.
* Strong ability to interpret and review shop and fabrication drawings.
* Proficiency in optimizing CAD models for CNC programming.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering and production teams.
* Experience in the curtain wall industry is
** highly preferred**.
* Strong leadership skills, including training and mentoring team members.
* Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
