What You Will Learn:
  • Guarantees efficient and compliant execution of packaging & processing operations, with a focus on safety, product quality, sustainability and productivity
  • Serves as a culture leader who models expected behaviors and reinforces a high‑performance environment
  • Identifies through data and observations performance gaps (losses analysis): compliance with process, OEE, capability and quality standards
  • Ensures the consistency of the completion and effectiveness of previous day’s and today’s actions, as well as the prioritization of them
  • Champion for Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Performance, ensuring these principles guide daily decision‑making and team behaviors.
  • Models leadership attributes including accountability, communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to positively influence team culture.
  • Promotes and reinforces a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational discipline.
  • Leads improvement projects derived from deviations in performance or cost.
  • Applies and ensures the execution of lean tools (SMED, 5S, QRQC, Six Sigma,…) and actively works to eliminate non‑value‑added activities through standardization, simplification, and waste reduction.
  • Facilitates action plans, tracks results, and ensures sustainability.
  • Drafts and formalizes machine/process modification requests when issues are beyond the scope of the production team's autonomy (expert intervention is required).
  • Interfaces with project teams when expert/third party intervention is required.
  • Makes sure that the level 1 routine are being held with all the right data, and that lead to the right level of action.
  • Provides the level 2 & 3 routine with the elements that require the intervention of the management and/or project teams.

You will be responsible for the successful introduction, integration, and ramp‑up of new productions, after designing the appropriate production processes:

  • Ensures the right operational standards and methods are in place and well applied.
  • Ensures that the ramp‑up is properly coordinated with the project team.
  • Designs, documents, and delivers operator training for new products/production lines.
What We Are Looking For :
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in technical field or Management required, Engineering degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing management role or similar industry.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Analysis.
  • Be self‑motivated and work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment to meet time commitments.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures.
