Where You'll WorkOur Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit‑based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients.
What You'll Do- Follow recipes to produce high‑quality liquid ingredients that meet customer specifications.
- Measure ingredients, use lifts and cranes, learn processes, and follow procedures.
- Maintain safe processes and comply with governmental and Kerry policies.
- Lead and communicate effectively with the production team.
- Complete required training within deadlines.
- Embrace and practice safe work habits, Kerry policies and procedures.
- Participate in Kerry continuous improvement practices, development and implementation initiatives.
- Support new‑employee learning & development and cross‑training initiatives.
- High school graduate or equivalent, eighteen (18) years or older.
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
- Minimum 3 months prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
- Good attendance record and availability for overtime.
- Self‑motivated and conscientious.
- Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
- Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
- Ability to complete certification requirements.
- Use of MS Office products, Excel and SAP software preferred.
The pay rate for this position is $19.93 per hour.
