Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit‑based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients.

• Follow recipes to produce high‑quality liquid ingredients that meet customer specifications.
• Measure ingredients, use lifts and cranes, learn processes, and follow procedures.
• Maintain safe processes and comply with governmental and Kerry policies.
• Lead and communicate effectively with the production team.
• Complete required training within deadlines.
• Embrace and practice safe work habits, Kerry policies and procedures.
• Participate in Kerry continuous improvement practices, development and implementation initiatives.
• Support new‑employee learning & development and cross‑training initiatives.

• High school graduate or equivalent, eighteen (18) years or older.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
• Minimum 3 months prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
• Good attendance record and availability for overtime.
• Self‑motivated and conscientious.
• Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
• Ability to complete certification requirements.
• Use of MS Office products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

The pay rate for this position is $19.93 per hour.
