Schedule: 6 am to 6:30 pm, (2-2-3) 12‑hour rotating weekends

What You Will Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

• Setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment (top closers, carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, foil dispensers, palletization equipment).
• Manual responsibilities: loading, building and making boxes; hand packaging of bottles; loading labels.
• Maintenance: perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Material handling: loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials.
• Documentation: accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, and visual quality checks; perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment; apply correct labels; perform quality checks consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects; housekeeping.

Education/

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
• High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, push and pull, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.
• The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 38 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move or push/pull up to 55 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
