Senior Technician Production Operations

Job Title

Pay: 21.50/hr bill Rate: 32.25

2nd and 3rd Shift: Most hours will occur on 3rd shift 6:30pm to 3am Sunday through Thursday with some flexibility in location. May be asked to work between Florence and Hebron locations.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside team members to weigh, blend, and test bulk reagents by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, work order information, assembly procedures, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas, including daily housekeeping of the production areas & bulk chemical blending equipment.
• Maintain up to date training records & comply with all company policies & procedures, including all aspects of bulk formulation across multiple shifts.
• Support 1st Shift 5:30am - 3pm Mon-Thur and 5:30am - 9:30am Fri.

Essential Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a scientific field (chemistry, biology, engineering, etc.). or comparable experience
• Entry level, 0 years of experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical acumen and knowledge of the scientific method.
• Bulk chemical, reagent, or consumable goods manufacturing experience.
