Location:

Florence, KY Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Options: 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:25 PM – 10:40 PM | 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:25 PM – 6:40 AM You Fix It, We Back You. Requirements:
Associate degree in a related technical field preferred, military mechanical/electrical experience, or specialized technical certifications. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, processing, or industrial maintenance environment. Strong electro-mechanical knowledge with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting packaging and production equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis and equipment reliability improvements.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs, machine programming, lockout/tagout procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and maintenance documentation systems. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-oriented skills with the ability to train and mentor others.

Job Duties:

Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging equipment, production machinery, and automated systems to maximize uptime and production efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance, machine lubrication, cleaning, sanitization, equipment upgrades, and mechanical improvements while adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, Root Cause Analysis, and advanced troubleshooting techniques; repair or modify equipment as needed. Maintain technical documentation, parts inventories, maintenance records, and requisitions while ensuring accurate communication of equipment status and shift handoffs.

Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives, lead continuous improvement projects, train operators and mechanics, and mentor team members on best practices. Collaborate with production, maintenance, management, and vendors to improve machine reliability, safety performance, and operational effectiveness.
