1st Shift M-F 7:00‑3:30 p.m., occasional overtime required

Pay: $18 and up, depending on experience

• Operate and maintain manual grinding machines to produce tooling components to exact specifications.
• Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top‑notch accuracy.
• Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance as part of a quality‑driven team.

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions and tolerances.
• Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver with a keen eye for precision.
