Jabil - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily packout operations, including scheduling, material allocation, and labor assignments, to meet production targets and shipping deadlines;
Inspect finished products and packaging for quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements;
Manage inventory of packaging materials and initiate reorders to prevent shortages;
Train and supervise packout team members on packaging techniques, safety procedures, and quality control measures;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies during the packout process
