The hourly base pay range for this position in Colorado is $24.00 - $24.50. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Airgas considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm

• Apply the compression temperature/pressure method to fill various high‑pressure cylinders, including Industrial, Medical, and mixed gases.
• Fill high pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical and Mixes) following compression temperature / pressure method.
• Collaboratively operate and care for equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Guide and support all required pre‑fill and post‑fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released.
• Ensure cylinders are sustainably maintained – cylinders requiring maintenance or repair are removed from service until corrected.
• Regularly inspect and support the upkeep of pumping apparatus and associated pressure gauges and monitoring devices.
• Fill cylinders or containers to proper pressure or weight, whichever is appropriate.
• Partner with the team to ensure filling records are accurately maintained and that all required procedures are followed in order to comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and/or trailers when required.
• Support inventory, general housekeeping, and help customers when necessary.

• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer‑generated documents.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non‑immigrant visa sponsorship.
• Ability to perform very heavy work – routinely lifts 25–75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime.
