The Pack‑Out Lead will work with the Plant Manager to meet production schedules.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Train, Coach and Develop Pack‑Out Team.
- Confirm that the production lines are supplied with Raw‑Materials to meet production needs.
- Able to measure production and give feedback to the team.
- Available to fill in as needed for breaks, absences, assistance.
- Clean and maintain safe work area.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely.
- Other Duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous production/packing experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels within the facility
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes in workflow
- Strong team player
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season.
