- Operate warehouse equipment and inventory management devices safely and efficiently.
- Remove pallets of finished products from packaging lines and move them to the designated area.
- Deliver raw materials to packaging lines so that the line does not have to shut down.
- Load finished‑goods pallets into trailers, maximizing safe transport and minimizing damage.
- Create accurate and timely bills of lading.
- Follow all SOPs for receiving, loading, and unloading trucks and adhere to company policies.
- Inspect finished goods for quality and accuracy as they are scanned and loaded.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition and report mechanical defects.
- Perform daily or weekly cleaning of shipping and receiving areas, equipment, and fork trucks.
- Accurately receive, count, identify, and inspect all incoming goods using purchase orders or RPOs.
- Adjust PO/RPO to match physical receipt in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Monitor all incoming bulk loads to ensure safe unloading and transfer into bulk storage tanks.
- Assist in preparing incoming packaging components, raw materials, etc., for storage.
- Maintain receiving records, including freight bills, packing lists, and purchase orders.
- Conduct daily cycle counts of items on a daily list.
- Review and inspect returned goods for quality and packaging; follow product disposition procedures.
- Assist receiving employees in reworking product returns (re‑label, re‑pour, re‑pack).
- Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE as required, and report unsafe or questionable procedures.
- Assist in other warehouse or production areas as directed by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of forklift experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Capability to perform repetitive bending and stretching daily.
- Completed forklift training.
- Organizational skills: able to take and follow directions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
English proficiency. - Strong problem‑solving ability; high degree of analysis and creativity.
- Ability to solve mathematical problems at the high school level.
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability; capable of working independently.
- Team‑oriented; cooperative and supportive of coworkers.
Expected compensation range: $47,950.00 to $70,323.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
