Responsibilities
- Set up molds/forms for specific residential or commercial products
- Strip and clean concrete molds/forms
- Oil molds/forms
- Prepare and install rebar and reinforcing wire
- Place appropriate inlets and outlets
- Work as a team: one pours molds/forms, one trowels, and another may remove molds/forms from set product
- Ensure that a quality product is being produced through continuous inspections
- Maintain a professional and productive manufacturing environment by keeping all tools and production areas, including floor areas, clean and organized
