Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and lifting
- Must successfully pass safety and quality assessments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Proper use of required PPE; contact lenses are not permitted while on duty
- Ability to wear additional PPE in FDA production areas, including a hair net, beard net (if applicable), and lab coat
Job Duties:
- Label boxes, containers, pails, and drums accurately
- Manually fill containers using hoses and valves from holding tanks or totes
- Pack bottles into shipping cartons and add inserts or accessories as required
- Place caps and pumps on products during production
- Operate an ultrasonic welder to seal caps as needed
- Palletize finished products at the end of production lines
- Assemble, stack, pack, wipe, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and PPE requirements
- Perform additional production duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor
