Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and lifting
• Must successfully pass safety and quality assessments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Proper use of required PPE; contact lenses are not permitted while on duty
• Ability to wear additional PPE in FDA production areas, including a hair net, beard net (if applicable), and lab coat

Job Duties:

• Label boxes, containers, pails, and drums accurately
• Manually fill containers using hoses and valves from holding tanks or totes
• Pack bottles into shipping cartons and add inserts or accessories as required
• Place caps and pumps on products during production
• Operate an ultrasonic welder to seal caps as needed
• Palletize finished products at the end of production lines
• Assemble, stack, pack, wipe, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and PPE requirements
• Perform additional production duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor
