Immediate Hiring Machine Operators
This role is responsible for overseeing the production line from manufacturing through packaging, ensuring that all products are produced in the correct quantities and meet established quality specifications. The Machine Operator I works closely with other team members to support mold and color changes, maintain accurate production records, and uphold a clean and organized work area in a clean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the production line from manufacturing through packaging, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
- Ensure goods are produced and packaged in the correct quantities and in accordance with agreed specifications.
- Accurately record all goods produced during the shift, including any issues or problems encountered.
- Assist Machine Operator II, Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and packaging operations.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on machine operating experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate production quantities and quality compliance.
- Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
