I’m currently partnering with several manufacturing and industrial organisations across Ohio who are looking to connect with Production Managers (and similar leadership profiles) with experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Leading day‑to‑day production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Managing and developing production teams, including supervisors and line staff
• Monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements
• Coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Leadership experience managing teams, shifts, or production departments
• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and equipment
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive operational improvements
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong communication skills
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset focused on efficiency and quality

• Supervisor / early leadership: $65K – $85K
• Mid‑level Production Manager: $80K – $110K
• Senior Production Manager / multi‑line or full operational responsibility: $100K – $130K+
