Jabil - - Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the inventory control area as defined in procedures;
Monitor performance and seek improvements to processing times for received material;
Recommend overtime or recovery methods as necessary;
Ensure tools, equipment, and visual aids are in proper working order;
Provide feedback to Inventory Control and Quality departments and assist with scheduling, documentation, and personnel issues;
Interface with departmental supervisors, engineering, program management, and other plant functions;
Ensure accuracy of records pertaining to shipping, receiving, and stockroom;
Verify aging of material in receiving and shipping locations and ensure material accuracy;
Ensure production line receives correct parts and that material is stocked promptly and accurately;
Identify performance issues and develop team member improvements with Inventory Control supervisors;
Adhere to safety and health regulations and company security policy
