Job description

We are looking for General Labor Warehouse candidates on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to join our client’s team long term. If you are looking for long‑term employment with growth opportunity, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

In your General Labor role, you may be assisting in a multitude of tasks in the general labor category. Manufacturing and distribution experience is a plus but not required.

In your general labor role you may be assigned to the following tasks. PLI Staffing will find the tasks that you are looking for, what fits you best, and the shift you desire!

Pay Range: $14.50–$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Unloading trucks/containers, receipt processing, and replenishment stocking of material.
• Spot welding.
• Material handler responsibilities.
• Completing assembly projects.
• Banding/wrapping freight orders.
• Basic maintenance, light bulb changes, ladder repairs, trash removal.
• Forklift operations required.
• Production operations.
• Machine operations.
• And much more opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Ability to write accurate reports.
• Ability to complete routine safety checks and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment as needed.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
