Manufacturing Machine Operator

Manufacturing Machine Operator (entry‑level) at our Florence location. Requires no prior manufacturing experience. Rotating 12‑hour shift 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 2/2/3 rotation, with a 3‑day weekend every other week.

• Week 1: off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday.
• Week 2: work Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday and Saturday.

Starting pay $21/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two 50‑cent increases during the first year if they pass competency assessments.

Propelis provides fully paid, on‑the‑job training. You will learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process. Two performance/wage reviews occur within your first year, and growth depends on individual performance.

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of a cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision required for close inspection of work
