Assemble, calibrate, and test precision units for machine tools;
Clean and inspect parts prior to assembly;
Set preloads on bearings using precision equipment;
Inspect and measure all parts needed for assembly;
Attach subassembly parts to prepare unit for testing;
Test operate unit;
Conduct precision measurements using various gauges;
Keep work area clean and orderly;
Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules;
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
