What You'll DoAs an Assembly Technician, you'll play a key role in building and assembling products while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Follow detailed verbal and written work instructions.
- Perform mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
- Label and organize parts accurately.
- Assemble components using visual guides and specifications.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate scanners and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Accurately report production and assembly information.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
- Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.
- Support additional production tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Experience using scanners or electronic tracking systems.
- Strong reliability and attendance record.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
