Production Associate
A Production Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, including operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and packaging finished goods. The associate will ensure adherence to safety standards and production quotas while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate assigned machinery, following proper procedures and safety guidelines to produce products according to specifications.
- Assembly: Accurately assemble product components, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects to maintain quality standards.
- Packaging: Package finished products accurately, including labeling and proper sealing, ensuring correct product identification.
- Material Handling: Safely move materials and finished products within the production area, following proper lifting techniques.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor production line efficiency, identifying and reporting any potential issues or delays to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any safety concerns.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently maintain high standards by carefully inspecting products and identifying defects.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic Mechanical Skills: Understanding of basic machine operation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve production goals.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with supervisors and colleagues regarding production issues and updates.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for production monitoring and quality checks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety manuals.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm $17hr

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $18.00
