Mechanical Assembly - Day Shift & Night Shift

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Assemblers to support back-end and box-build assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products, handling components, and ensuring quality standards are met to support on-time shipments.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal and written work instructions and visual aids
• Assemble box-build systems using hand tools, torque drivers, and hardware
• Pull and scan components from bins, flow racks, and Kanban locations
• Verify incoming materials and maintain FIFO inventory process
• Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Support inventory counts and material handling processes
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and visual diagrams
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
