ALPLA Florence Plant in Florence, KY is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our plastics manufacturing team. You will manage a production line from start to finish, ensure correct quantities and quality, and perform autonomous maintenance while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
We value reliability, teamwork, and an eye for detail. The job operates on a 12-hour rotating shift (6 AM–6:30 PM) with every other weekend. Prior plastics or manufacturing experience is preferred.
