Jabil - - Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet company goals for quality, schedule, yield and productivity;
Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in managing the line to achieve high machine utilization and minimal downtime;
Highlight to the Manufacturing Supervisor when there is high fallout;
Achieve daily standard set by Manufacturing Supervisor;
Guide and develop operators in handling the right equipment and improve throughput, quality and efficiency
