  • Partner with production and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency
  • Analyze production data and recommend improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and throughput
  • Support the launch of new products, projects, and manufacturing initiatives
  • Troubleshoot process challenges and implement effective corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process standards
  • Participate in cross-functional improvement projects focused on operational excellence
  • Evaluate manufacturing readiness and support successful implementation of new work
  • Collaborate with quality, planning, and operations teams to optimize performance
  • Assist with equipment, tooling, and process-related engineering activities
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, production, or process engineering activities
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interpreting technical documentation and manufacturing requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and ownership
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with in a high-mix manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to ERP, MRP, or other manufacturing business systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and structured problem-solving techniques
  • Background working directly with production teams in a hands-on capacity
