Production Worker – 3rd Shift

• Operate, clean, and troubleshoot the KEM punch/Spartanic Punch
• Conduct deck integrity inspections
• Load KEM sheets into the punch
• Inspect sheets exiting the machine for proper registration
• Operate machine controls according to operating instructions
• Immediately report machine or department abnormalities to maintenance and management
• Keep work areas clean and orderly according to 5S standards
• Complete production logs and system documentation
• Review work to be performed with the lead person
• Comply with documentation such as the follower and schedule
• Perform duties assigned by the KEM Lead and management
• Work in a manufacturing environment involving moving parts, pallets, trucks, and machines; sit up to 20% and stand or walk up to 80% of work time depending on assignment

• 2 to 5 years of machine operation experience
• Prior printing experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines
• Ability to quickly identify production problems and quality problems
• Ability to work well with others and cooperate with team members and leadership team
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to twist, reach, squat, bend, reach, grasp, and manipulate objects
• Full color vision
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available

Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in machine operation and troubleshooting, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards in a manufacturing environment.
