Our client, a leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Process Equipment Operator II to join their team. As a key member of the production department, you will support various operational tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Process Equipment Operator

Location: Florence, KY

Shift: 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am on a rotating schedule

What's the Job?

• Packaging materials, cleaning process area, and cleaning totes to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
• Filling bags with polymers and inspecting for holes and tears to ensure product quality
• Cleaning bins in the tote wash room and unloading bars for cleaning to support operational cleanliness
• Handling and lifting up to 55 lbs regularly to support production needs
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or processing environments (no prior experience required)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
