Production Operator

Adecco is seeking motivated and dependable Production Operators to join our team at L-H Battery in Jeffersonville, OH. This is an immediate opening with one of our premier clients, offering competitive pay and growth opportunities within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will play a vital part in various departments, including Materials Management and Module Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will range from transporting and loading materials to operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of related production and manufacturing experience

• Basic understanding of production processes and troubleshooting skills a plus

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow verbal and written instructions

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk around the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts

• 6:00 am – 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm – 6:30 am (rotating shifts)

Pay Details: $22.71 per hour
