Location: Florence, KY
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift – Sunday-Thursday, 10:25 pm to 6:40 am

Job Duties
  • Responsible for running all the equipment on a line
  • Perform minor repairs and cleaning
  • Set up, tear down, and wash outs/changeovers
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Must speak, read, and understand English for safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Line Operator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Warehouse Line Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
