Brand Marketing Manager - Mexico and Latin America

has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Brand Marketing Manager that will lead the division's brand marketing strategy across the Mexico and Latin America markets. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and collaborative leader with the ability to drive marketing initiatives across multiple markets while managing a high-performing team. The Brand Marketing Manager should be a self-starter that excels at building relationships, managing priorities, influencing cross-functional partners, and delivering business results.

• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies across the Mexico and Latin America markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand priorities, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for executing brand marketing initiatives across Mexico and Latin America by providing leadership, coaching, prioritization, and professional development.
• Serve as the primary Brand Marketing representative for Mexico and Latin America leadership meetings by communicating project updates, business priorities, marketing performance, and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that accelerate business growth through product launches, seasonal promotions, retail campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external agency partners to ensure resources are effectively utilized, deliverables meet brand standards, and marketing investments maximize business impact.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on social media content development, creative execution, channel growth, as well as strategic direction for influencer marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance across channels by reviewing key business metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns, improve efficiencies, and drive continued business growth.
• Oversee the regional brand marketing budget, including influencer marketing, paid media, agency investment, product sampling, content creation, and other marketing initiatives while ensuring responsible financial management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams preferred.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agency partnerships, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with video editing software and experience creating digital content for social media platforms.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand building, storytelling, and identifying innovative ways to grow the business.
