Billing Manager

HeatlhPoint is now hiring for a Billing Manager to oversee the team in our Florence, Kentucky office.

$2,000 Sign on bonus paid after 120 days of continuous employment

Position Details:

Full-time Monday-Friday

* Oversight and management of up to 15 direct reports working remote and in-office

* Project management of AR

* Daily claims submission

* Staff training and development

* Reporting

* Data analysis to maximize team performance

* Expertise on all payers and positions with ability to work each role as needed to meet goals

* Payer relations

* Denials and appeals management

* Adherence to key performance indicators and standards
