Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Nursing Responsibilities- Implement a resident plan of care.
- Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary.
- Consult with and validate data.
- Record pertinent information in the patient record.
- Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
- Communicate residents' care needs to others involved in the care.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
- Nursing License required.
