Billing Manager

HeatlhPoint is now hiring for a Billing Manager to oversee the team in our Florence, Kentucky office.$2,000 Sign on bonus paid after 120 days of continuous employment

Position Details:

Full-time Monday-Friday Oversight and management of up to 15 direct reports working remote and in-office

Project management of ARDaily claims submission

Staff training and development

Reporting

Data analysis to maximize team performance

Expertise on all payers and positions with ability to work each role as needed to meet goals

Payer relations

Denials and appeals management

Adherence to key performance indicators and standards3 years management experience in primary care or hospital billing operationsBA degreeCPC preferred
