Interim Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Visit Nurse to support in-home patient care across our Kentucky service area. You will provide direct nursing care according to the care plan, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.
We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay, and 1:1 patient care with no overtime required. A current LPN license, CPR/BLS, and 2 years home health experience are required.
