Our client is a hospital looking to hire a Lead Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role encompasses the full scope of Lead Veterinarian responsibilities, combining clinical leadership with the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you will champion medical excellence throughout the hospital while leading by example and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and client service. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing associate veterinarians, partnering with the Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service.

This is a key leadership role where you will set the standard for clinical quality while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will provide preventative, medical, and surgical care, manage a varied companion animal caseload, and work closely with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Specific working hours will be discussed further. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a minimum of two years of practical clinical experience.

The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedics, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Dental Radiology, a Tonopen, and Ultrasound, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

You will be joining a team of 2 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

Salary up to $150,000 (Annual)
