Join a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry! We're seeking a
** Quality Systems Specialist
** to help elevate food safety and quality programs at our Florence, KY location.

** Maintain and improve quality and food safety systems.*
* + Lead internal audits and monthly inspections.

+ Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

+ Support certifications (Halal, Kosher, Organic) and regulatory audits.

+ Train staff on quality and safety protocols.

+ Conduct vendor audits and drive compliance.

** Requirements*
* + Bachelor's in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.

+ 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.

+ Familiarity with ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000, FDA (PCQI preferred).

+ SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

+ Auditor experience is a plus.
