Jabil - - Responsibilities:
Perform in-process, final, and first-article inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control plans;
Document inspection results accurately and promptly, identifying and reporting non-conformances;
Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency;
Train and mentor less experienced quality technicians on inspection techniques and quality procedures
