Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy for liquid‑cooling server assemblies and racks from NPI to ramp. You will drive CTQ analyses, PFMEA, control plans, and CAPA, coordinating with Process/Test Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver defect‑free hardware.
You will monitor FPY, DPPM, and CAPA effectiveness, lead cross functional quality improvements, and ensure regulatory and customer quality compliance while engaging hands‑on on the factory floor.
