Perform in-process, final, and first-article inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.;
Utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators) to verify product dimensions and characteristics.;
Document inspection results accurately and promptly, identifying and reporting non-conformances.;
Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).;
Conduct functional tests and performance checks on products to ensure compliance with performance criteria.
