Ferrero in Florence, KY is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Technician for the night shift to inspect, test, grade, sort, sample, weigh and conduct sensory testing on products and materials across production stages, while managing hold/release criteria and CCP/PC controls. The role includes internal audits, data analysis of production data, GMP compliance, and supporting training for auto-control operators.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Food Science with 1–3 years of experience is preferred;
