Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Assists management with supervision of associates, assigns duties, communicates goals and feedback, trains associates on processes and procedures, provides direction on member service approaches, ensures member complaints are resolved per guidelines, supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
Receives and stocks supplies, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation per company policies.
Maintains safety of the facility, conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting procedures, manages hazardous materials, reports unsafe situations. Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation align with company policies, handles claims and returns, stocks and arranges merchandise, signs and prices merchandise, identifies shrink, damage, and secures fragile goods. Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensures product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, and cleaning.
Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and partners, analyzes data, monitors progress, identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates compliance with ethics and regulations, uses Open Door Policy, manages compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, provides feedback, supports timelines. Embraces differences, builds inclusive culture, supports development of teammates.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or performed work.
Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older. 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Preferred QualificationsLeading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.
