** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* • Deliver excellent customer service using Tractor Supply’s customer service standards
• Greet customers and assist with product recommendations
• Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
• Restock shelves and recover merchandise throughout the store
• Participate in freight receiving and stocking activities
• Assemble products and merchandise when required
• Assist customers with loading purchases
• Complete store cleaning and janitorial duties
• Support pricing updates and markdown activities
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and cardboard balers when authorized
• Care for poultry and maintain poultry holding areas
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisorsJOB REQUIREMENTS
• No experience required
• Retail experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pets, equine products, or welding is preferred
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to move throughout the store during shifts
