United Dairy Farmers - 8577 Dixie Highway - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates, including assigning/monitoring performance, coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store administration including ordering, weekly delivery reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and maintain store readiness;
Dip Side Guest Services: prepare shakes, sundaes, and related items;
Operate the Point of Sale system and Gas Console, handling transactions and cash management
