ResponsibilitiesComply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy while executing business processes.
Operate forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets according to company standards and guidelines.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources, while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Communicate progress and recommend improvements.
Receive and organize stocks and merchandise from distribution centers, managing inventory flow according to policy. Correct shelf capacities, complete required paperwork, and maintain documentation.
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding them with self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up displays, and ensuring promotional and seasonal merchandise is displayed prominently. Process defective merchandise and monitor shrink, security risks, and safety.
Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged correctly and performing audits for accuracy.
Handle inventory: move and display goods safely, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools.
Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report unsafe conditions, and inform management of non‑operational equipment.
Use technology to proactively identify customers who need help, engage them, and assist with technology services and items. Identify shrink opportunities and problems and address them. Maintain equipment and ensure products are stocked correctly.
Qualifications- 90 days of prior experience with forklift operation and forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience.
- Retail experience.
- Experience supervising a team (preferred).

CompensationHourly wage range: $20.00 to $28.00 (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage). Additional premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
