As a Box Lunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring fans can get their favorite merchandise. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets.

• Provide an excellent shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in and support store operations as needed, including covering the sales floor and assisting management.
• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage register transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate any shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand store sales goals and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Help prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and store cleanliness.
• Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, use store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
