About the Job You will oversee store operations during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that policies and procedures are followed. You will manage the team, handle customer inquiries, maintain store appearance, and support sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff during shift, setting a positive example.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and handle cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and night shifts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Basic math and point‑of‑sale knowledge.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
